Delete your account and data
In the App
- Open the App and go to Settings.
- In the Account & sync section tap Delete account and confirm.
If you use the App without signing in, first sign in (your data moves to that account), then delete the account.
Without the App
Send an email to serdimdev@gmail.com from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- your account (email and Google sign-in link);
- your profile: name, age, sex, height, weight, activity level and goal;
- your food diary, water intake, custom products, dishes and favorites;
- AI answers you reported and feedback you sent from the App.
What is kept
- purchase records kept by Google Play for tax and accounting purposes;
- anonymous analytics, crash and advertising data that providers keep for limited periods, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
